Praying churches are led by praying pastors.
Pastors are understandably busy; many admitting they do not have time for prayer. Though theologically trained and equipped with countless ministry How To's, very few pastors received any training on the purpose and power of prayer. Even fewer were trained in how to lead life-giving times of transforming prayer. It simply has not been the priority.
Therefore, we must reach the heart of pastors!
